The process begins within the farm, crops and water samples are taken periodically to check for heavy metals, pesticide residuals, acidity and alkalinity.
Accompanied by careful utilization of fertilizers and pesticides, skilled workforce, only special equipment are used to accomplish daily tasks .
Picking and selecting
After reaching their optimum good-natured and aroma levels, we carefully observe and monitor crop harvest process to ensure that neither foreign objects nor inferior materials are included.
Receiving, Sorting,and washing
Quality personnel at our factory supervise receiving,
sorting, cleaning and drying processes so as to guarantee precise crop treatment and quality.
Vegetables like okra, artichoke, and broccoli are sorted
according to size for further processing.
Then comes washing with clean purified fresh water and drying with filtered fresh air.
Blanching and cooling
The raw vegetables are next passed into a vat of boiling water for a few minutes. This kills enzymes that affect its taste, but it does not cook them. After blanching, the vegetables are cooled with water and then passed to a specific gravity sorter.
Preserving texture, taste, and aroma is the most value added activity which the IQF (individually quick frozen technology) provide at -40cº.
The IQF is also used to limit expansions of ice crystals in order to prevent and minimize cell damage.
The procedures followed in crop management and packing are implemented only according to customers’ programs, specifications and international standards, ensuring an industry-leading level of quality and food safety in order to protect products from dehydration and contamination and to maintain product safety, and help preserve it over a longer period of time.
